Warranty policy
Should your KeplerX Air Conditioner prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period listed below, effective from the date of original consumer purchase of the product, KeplerX will replace the defective part(s). Replacement parts will meet intended fit and function of the original part. Replacement parts are warranted for unexpired portion of the original warranty period. This limited warranty is good only to the original purchaser of the product and effective only when used in the United States of America.
This warranty period begins on the date of the original installation verified by purchase invoice. If the date cannot be verified, the warranty period begins three (3) months from the date of manufacture.
All implied warranties, including but not limited to warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some States and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply.
THIS WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER BY KEPLERX OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL KEPLERX BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXTRA UTILITY EXPENSES OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
- Normal Maintenance as described in the installation manual such as routine maintenance, etc.
- Damage as a result from flood, fire, winds, lightning, accidents, corrosive atmosphere, electrical power surges or electrical power under current, or any other conditions beyond the control of KeplerX.
- Use of components and or accessories not compatible or intended for use with the unit.
- Products installed outside of the USA.
- Parts are not supplied by KeplerX.
- Damage or repairs caused by improper use, maintenance, operation, installation, or servicing.
- Failure to start due to interruption and /or inadequate service, or electrical spikes caused by local utilities.
- KeplerX does not warrant the temperature difference maintained between the inside and outside of the structure.
- Damage or repairs resulting from use of unapproved refrigerant types or used or reclaimed refrigerant.
- Units that are installed in buildings other than owner-occupied residences, such as non-residential buildings or residences not occupied by the owner.

WARRANTY AS FOLLOWS DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR or other cost incurred for servicing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, or handling of either defective or replacement parts, or complete unit. Such cost may be covered by a separate warranty or provided by the installing contractor.

3 Year Parts + 5 Year Compressor
5 Year Parts + 7 Year Compressor (Extended↑)
Unitary Unit:
1 Year Unit Exchange + 3 Year Parts + 6 Year Compressor

0.5 Year Parts + 0.5 Year Coil + 0.5 Year Compressor
1 Year Parts + 1 Year Coil + 1 Year Compressor (Extended↑)
Register the unit within 90 days of installation to extended warranty.
